Cancellation and refund policy
Pema reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of above- mentioned advance/final payments as per schedule. Pema Wellness also reserves the right to cancel the booking in case the guest furnishes wrong medical information or found unsuitable for the treatment for clinical or other reasons.
However, the below-mentioned cancellation policy will be applicable in general:
Terms and conditions:

Cancellation made within 15 days of arrival will attract 100% of the total retreat price.

Cancellation made between 15-30 days of arrival will attract 50% of the total retreat price.

No-show on check-in date would qualify for no refund and the booking will be considered as cancelled.

There will be no refund made for early departure while at the resort.

In case the resort is not operational due to Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies, any refund applicable will be made 3 months after the resort re-opens.

Rescheduling period is One year from the date of cancellation. This is applicable only if the cancellation is made due to Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies.
